We are a U.S.-based publisher; we do not target EU/UK residents, but visitors may arrive from any country.

2) Scope

4) Sources of Information

  • Directly from you (forms, email, newsletter signup).
  • Automatically via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (analytics/affiliate tracking).
  • From third parties (e.g., affiliate networks that confirm a purchase occurred after you clicked our link—usually pseudonymous).

5) Purposes for Use

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Measure performance and understand readership (analytics).
  • Manage newsletters and communications (with consent where required).
  • Attribute affiliate referrals and comply with partner requirements.

  • Legitimate Interests: Site operations, analytics, preventing abuse, non-intrusive measurement.
  • Contract: If you enter into any agreement with us (e.g., paid product later).
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with law, enforce rights, respond to authorities.

7) Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies

We use:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies (site security, basic functionality).
  • Performance/Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Functionality (remembering preferences).
  • Affiliate Tracking (to attribute referrals to partner programs).
  • Advertising/Targeting (if enabled later): For cross-context behavioral ads (we currently do not serve programmatic ads; if we begin, we’ll update this Policy and our Cookie Policy).

You can manage cookies via browser settings and our Cookie Preferences tool (when deployed). See our Cookie Policy for details.

8) “Selling” or “Sharing” (U.S. State Laws)

  • We do not sell personal information for money.
  • “Share” (California CPRA) can include disclosing data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently “share” for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide opt-out controls.
  • We honor applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

9) Disclosures to Third Parties

We disclose limited data to:

  • Service Providers/Processors: Email services, security, hosting, analytics.
  • Affiliate Networks & Partners: For referral attribution; they may set cookies to track conversions.
  • Legal/Compliance: If required by law, to protect rights, or investigate misuse.
We do not permit service providers to use your data for their own purposes, except as necessary to provide services to us.

10) International Transfers

We operate in the U.S. Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs for EEA/UK transfers handled by our vendors).

11) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, for legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Typical ranges: analytics data 14–26 months; email subscriber data until you unsubscribe or we prune inactive lists.

12) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure. Please use unique, strong passwords for any accounts you control (if accounts are ever enabled).

13) Your Rights

California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, access, delete, correct, obtain information about disclosures, opt-out of sale/sharing (we don’t sell or share), and non-discrimination. Exercise via privacy@vitamarketingpartners.com or our Do Not Sell or Share page.

Nevada: Opt-out of sale (we do not sell).
EEA/UK: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We will verify requests as required by law and respond within statutory timeframes (e.g., 45 days in California, extendable where permitted). Authorized agent submissions must include proof of authority.

14) Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA/UK. Do not provide us with children’s data. If we learn we collected such data, we will delete it.

15) Do Not Track & GPC

Browser “Do Not Track” is not uniformly honored by industry; we currently do not respond to DNT. We honor GPC where legally required.

16) Third-Party Links & Social Features

We link to third-party sites (exchanges, tools, SaaS, etc.). Their privacy practices apply to their sites and are outside our control.
