2. EU Representative

Pursuant to Article 27 GDPR, Vita Marketing Partners, LLC has designated Marc Herzog as its representative in the European Union for data protection matters. Data subjects and supervisory authorities may contact the representative in addition to, or instead of, the controller.

Gap to close: As noted on the Imprint page, I don't have a confirmed EU business address or written Art. 27 mandate to publish here. This should be finalized before this page goes live to EU visitors.

3. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only where you actively provide it to us, specifically:

5. Third-Party Services & Cookies

This website uses the following third-party services:

Formspree, Inc. (United States) — processes the content of our contact and Ambassador application forms and forwards submissions to us by email. Formspree may act as a data processor on our behalf. As Formspree is based in the United States, this involves a transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers are intended to be safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Silktide Consent Manager — manages your cookie consent preferences on this site and records your choice locally so you aren't asked again on every visit. It is loaded from Silktide's content delivery network (jsDelivr).

The consent banner currently offers two categories: Essential (required, limited to what the site and the consent banner itself need to function) and Analytics (optional). No analytics or tracking script is currently active on this website — the Analytics category is included in the consent banner in preparation for future use and does not currently set any cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your application, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 8.

7. International Data Transfers

As Vita Marketing Partners, LLC is a US company, personal data you submit may be processed in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR Chapter V, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, a service provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
