Ambassadors and other business partners engaging with Vita Marketing Partners, LLC or its operating divisions do so as independent, self-employed contractors. Nothing on this Site or in any related communication creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Vita Marketing Partners, LLC, unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
